Bubble Level is a private, offline-first level and compass utility. This policy explains what information the app handles, where it is stored, and what choices you have when using the app.
Bubble Level uses device sensor readings, such as accelerometer and magnetometer data, to calculate tilt, bubble position, level status, and compass direction. The app also lets you save local preferences such as calibration offsets and theme selection.
Bubble Level does not currently require an account. Core features are designed to work locally on your device. We do not sell or rent your sensor readings, or personal information.
Bubble Level stores calibration settings, appearance preferences, and other app preferences locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, the operating system may remove this local data unless your device backup system restores it.
Bubble Level uses motion and magnetic field sensors available on your device to provide level and compass features. These sensors may not require a runtime permission on every device or Android version. You can manage app permissions and sensor access in your device settings where available.
When you choose to open the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service from inside the app, Bubble Level opens the selected page in your browser. The privacy practices of the browser, app store, operating system, or website provider are controlled by those third parties, not by Bubble Level.
Bubble Level uses platform capabilities and open-source packages to access sensors, save preferences, and open legal links in your browser. App stores, operating systems, browsers, and selected destination apps may process information according to their own policies.
Bubble Level is a general utility app and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because app preferences stay on your device by default, device security matters. Use your device lock, operating system updates, and backups carefully. No method of electronic storage is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Bubble Level changes. The updated version may be included in the app and may also be published on a website for store review and user access.
